TheRockGroup launches Nature Behind the Wheel!
“Nature Behind the Wheel” is a three-week (part-time) program that explores our relationship with nature.
Why “Nature Behind the Wheel”?
As humans, we have distanced ourselves further and further from nature. As a result, we have lost sight of the ways in which we depend on it.
In this new program, young people and professionals will explore how we can revitalize our connection with nature.
The ultimate goal is to learn how we can integrate nature into decision-making—in society, business, and our daily lives.

Edition 1: July 8 – July 26, 2024Edition 2: September 23 – October 11, 2024- Edition 3: July 7 – July 25, 2025 (English)
- Edition 4: September 15 – October 3, 2025
Anyone aged 18 to 30 living in the Netherlands can apply. Every educational background or occupation is welcome, from MBO, HBO, and WO students to firefighters, lawyers, teachers, or salespeople.
What to Expect?
During the program, participants will work on real-world challenges, developing skills and knowledge that will benefit them throughout their careers. Some of the key questions explored include:
- What is my personal relationship with nature?
- How do we collaborate effectively?
- How can we translate our relationship with nature into concrete action?
- How do businesses interact with nature?
By the end of the program, you will know how to apply your skills and knowledge to give nature a role in organizations.
