This role might be for you.

Our company

At TheRockGroup we develop sustainability strategies for organizations and work with them to succeed in the sustainability transition. We work with SME’s, MNC’s, governments, civil society organizations and knowledge institutes.

Next to our sustainability advisory work we develop and execute higher education and professional education. In addition we guide (sometimes in the role of co-entrepreneur) young sustainable start-ups to help them grow.

We are not shy in confronting clients or joining the public debate on topics that concern us. In our relation with our clients and partners we rather take the role of critical friend, than opportunistic mercenary.

In our growing company, we are looking for a new colleague who wants to contribute to further developing our organization. You will play a key role in our organization in external work including project management, acquisition, account management. You will contribute to our education practices. Also internally you will play an important role in guiding our junior colleagues, service development and further improving our processes.

  • Communication skills: You are a team player and know how to communicate and work together with colleagues and clients. You enjoy guiding your colleagues and others in developing their own skills and knowledge.
  • Charm/charisma: A certain wildness/eccentricity is appreciated. In work, you are yourself, not a facade. However, you are competent in distinguishing between emotions and arguments, knowing how to give and how to receive and use feedback
